The location of Solaria was beyond amazing! It is walking distance to Terminal 21 mall. Has easy access to the MRT Blue and is only one stop from the Brown line that goes directly to BKK international airport. The friendly staff at Solaria were amazing! Pare helped checked me into my room and was very helpful in explaining the location and times of all the amenities. I would most like pick this hotel in my future stays in Bangkok.

Comfort and Location a plus!!
Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok is clean, comfortable and in a good location. It’s attached to the subway station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. There’s a lot of eateries nearby and a good, cheap food court on the 5th floor of the mall. The staff are friendly and there’s a coin-operated laundry facility in the lobby. I recommend this property and would stay there again. Sidenote: I’ve stayed at Solaria Myeongdong and Solaria Tenjin. What I like about this chain is it’s location: situated near shopping, restaurants and transportation!

Excellent Hotel
Have been staying in the hotel when I visit Bangkok. It’s always excellent. This round I was provided with a nice room with a view of the fireworks during New Year countdown. That was so nice! Apart from the housekeeping that was not done and requires reminder. It could be due to shortage of manpower which is understandable. The rest was excellent.

New hotel with all the staff really courteous and polite. Entrance directly connected to BTS Asok station as well as Terminal 21 mall. Really convenient when it comes to transportation option to avoid the traffic jam. Getting taxi/ grab is easy as well. Stayed at level 14 and room was quiet and clean. Overall happy with my short stay and will definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay.
We liked the stay at the hotel. Very warm welcome from the staff at all times. Really appreciated for making us feel at home. Nice room as well with the great bed to sleep in. However, some parts to take note to improve… The pillows were soft to sleep on so harder ones would be better. The water pressure was a bit on the smaller side which made my washing of my thick hair longer than usual. Honestly the flowing of water to the drainage in the shower was too slow. I really hope the hotel staff can take my feed back positively and improve on them and they would be fabulously comfortable for any guest in future. Good job to the staff.

This is exactly the Japanese standard And hotel that you are looking for. Everything is exactly the same, staff are all helpful and friendly and polite. Location is 5 star, there is a 24 hour bridge connect to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21. So you can access to Asok area with this bridge. The room is clean and neat. It is a rather new hotel from 2020. So all the hardware in the hotel are good and Japanesw standard. There are also pool and fitness, bar on the top floor. There is one point the management should look at. The sign hotel entrance for taxi / BOLT / Grab driver are not good enough, half of the drivers cannot drive inside the hotel. They will simply pass the car entrance and stop on the main street or alley nearby. So guests had to walk out to get on the car .

A Japanese Experience in Bangkok
A refreshingly good hotel with staff who are pleasant, professional and proactive. It is uniquely Japanese down to the room/bathroom setup and TV channels...including the breakfast options...! A few niggles at breakfast with the waitress insisting to keep pushing the trolley past my seat forcing me to stand up in the midst of my breakfast every few minutes...she could have gone around by another route but persisted in taking the shortcut to disturb the diners.

Comfortable hotel like home
It was a great stay. Very comfortable whenever you walk past their lobby. Staffs will always greet and smile to you. Has a great swimming pool. Room was well design with everything you need.
