Check-in took 30 minutes, then I got a wrong room—smaller room than what I should get. My booking says that my room has the kitchen but it did not have it only because they over booked the room. So I had to put up with it during my holiday. The staffs did not give me a counter idea to compensate this loss. Surely, I did not receive any apology. You can presume the standard of their customers' service. Facility is old and worn out. I could not have hot shower for 8 hours be cause the water tap was broken. And construction on upper floors is really noisy from 10:00AM to 18:00PM.
