Manager Patty helped us tremendously after check out in finding another room due to the sewage fumes or odor coming from the drain system in the bathroom. Room was upgraded no charge and was very nice. Staff were friendly and the pool gave an amazing view across Ayutthaya.

It it by no means the most upscale establishment, but The Aiyara far exceeds its low nightly rate. We stayed there one night so we could see historic Ayutthaya before the day of our evening return flight out of Bangkok. The small one-bedroom condo was clean and had all the amenities, including a small kitchen to prepare meals. The fitness room is better than many luxury hotels I have stayed at.
