This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending concerts at Impact arena - super convenient, and theres shopping etc on the other side of impact to grab essentials, as well as a convenience store nearby.

I stayed here for two days because I have a concert and thunderdome. Very convenient hotel because they have a bridge that connects the hotel to the concert venue which was awesome. Very nice staff, clean facilities, and the breakfast buffet is nice also.

I went here for concert at Impact Arena. The hotel is only walking distance to the concert place so it is very convenient for me. Staffs there are also very friendly and helpful and they speak good english so it is easier for international individual like me. So far i really enjoyed my stay here and will repeat if i go again

Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful.

I’ve stayed here previously for concerts and I’m always happy! Clean room comfy bed, and very nice staff. The day I had my flight I needed a taxi and as it was past midnight no one would accept me, but the lovely staff made sure I would get there on time! Thank you for your efforts.

If you attend the exhibition, this is a nice place. But want the tour of Bankok, this is far from the middle city. So considering what you want. And the food of the restaurant, almost the same during a week. Except this all is wonderful.

Stayed here during J-hope’s concert and I must say that the staff are very kind and accommodating. The hotel lobby smells really lovely and housekeeping service was really great too. We availed the Breakfast option and we loved coming there every morning! All of the food options were delicious! It was also a convenient location if you are going to the concert in Impact Arena as it was just across and there was a bridge/connection. There were nearby restaurants but they closed quite early during our stay there. The only downside was I find it hard to go to main Bangkok so I mostly took taxi for convenience but this is a definite when you need an accommodation next to the arena. Would def come back next time!

All the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and tidy! You can enjoy a lot of variety of foods for your breakfast, convenience sores, food court, restaurants, cafes and pubs are just around corner!! Above all, you can walk to Impact Arena within a minute:) Also I recommend InBalance massage place. Their hospitality is superb!

Try elsewhere.

The hotel really smells of insect repellent and there are still a lot of bugs around the pool. The pool was in a dark low ceiling building nearby. There were two of us travelling with the usual electronics and there were two electrical outlets. You couldn’t even unplug a lamp to get another outlet. Trying to save electricity? The safe was as close to the floor as possible without being on the floor. Fun for an older couple. There were no hangers.
