"This property and building is a nice place to stay in Ramkhamhang but getting a taxi can be difficult and the staff rejected my booking stating that their rooms are fully booked as I had opted for pay at the counter option while booking. This is a complete new added stress while traveling with family, that they do not provide room for pre-booked customer even when their rooms were not fully booked.

"My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby.
