Amazing views

They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.

I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind.

This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay here. It was close to the BTS and many food options in walking distance. We loved our family suite, especially the kitchen and laundry within our room was so convenient. Thank you so much for the hospitality especially the staff, great reception and housekeeping!! We definitely choose Grand Centre point again!!

Everything meets my expectations and glad to see NuMay again .She is really a nice, genuine and caring person . Very lucky to have her assisting me again . Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

the staff were very friendly I asked to change my room and they changed it immediately. Nice area, there is an exit from the Hotel to a small shopping mall which has Starbucks and McDonalds. good choice if you have children with you.

We rented this for a few nights to entertain our grandchild a few days and my novice search skills suggested this was very much kid-friendly. Well, that is a huge understatement…it was AWESOME and my granddaughter had more fun than I’d ever seen her have. Pool great, dining in the hotel a very reasonable and delicious and honestly it felt like I should be paying WAY more than what the nightly charges were. Oh and the staff was outstanding and so was the breakfast and other amenities! Highly...

The location can't be beat! It's a few minutes from two sky train lines, it's connected to a mall, and across the street from other malls. It's comfortable, clean, the rooms are great and the staff are extremely helpful. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again.
