Amazing views of the Twin Towers from both the apartment and the swimming pool. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk from the Petronas Towers.
The only downside was the second bedroom, which didn’t feel like a proper bedroom. It was very small, with the bed taking up almost all the space and partially blocking the window. Unfortunately, this part was disappointing.

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern.
Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which made it a comfortable stopover. Their restaurant also serves really good Malaysian food—definitely a plus for an airport hotel.
It did take us a bit of time to find the connecting walkway from the airport—we really wish the signage was clearer or more visible. The only other downside was the outlet compatibility. We weren’t able to use our devices (my hair straightener included), which was a bit inconvenient. For an airport hotel, I was hoping they’d have more universal outlets.
Overall though, still a great and convenient stay.
