The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. No English spoken at reception or anywhere else..To communicate you will need a translation app or something similar..No one at reception on arrival and I had to sit and wait for at least 10 minutes till someone showed up..Then they did...
