Check in was made very easy by a very helpful person behind the counter.
Room was a good size and having a lift was a pure bonus.
Lovely and clean room.
We were allowed an early check in at no charge which was fantastic as we had travelled from New Zealand and were very tired.
I would recommend this hotel without exception.
