"The check-in process was smooth. The hotel was beautiful. The room was immaculate. A lot smaller than I anticipated but we made it work. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and breakfast staff exceeded our expectations. The airport shuttle booking process was very simple and I’m happy that they can take you to the two malls (MOA and Ayala). Ayala was in walking distance, so we opted to do that. I look forward to my next trip back to the Philippines. "

"My stay at the Makati Shangrila has always been great and I will continue to stay there whenever I go back to the Philippines, most especially the staff, very courteous. My only regret was not able to get a reservation at the Sage Restaurant with my wife for a couples dinner, on Valentine’s Eve, next time will all in advance. I love coming back "

"location was best and close to everything - felt safe and festive while sightseeing, going out for food, drinks shopping, services like salons and many entertainment venues, the breakfast was really good with many options - really loved the arroz caldo, egg station and taho. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The view from the rooftop at sunset was nice."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable but traffic noise due to the location which i need to used my air pods so i could sleep well. The staff were excellent always willing to help you & accommodate from front disk to security guard the best. airport shuttle are excellent service."
