Wow, these guys really have this figured out. I don’t think DisneyWorld has anything on this hotel for well done theme based stays. It is enjoyable to walk around the premises just enjoying all the accoutrements and appointments. The breakfast is awesome. the restaurant was awesome, the staff is awesome, housekeeping is awesome. There is no detail that isn’t important in this hotel. Secure garage parking was really easy to access and kept my motorcycle safe and secure at night. I stayed an extra day I enjoyed this place so much.

Generally a good experience for the money

PERFECT location. Steps from the piazza maggiore. Odd and quirky decor, but we knew that in advance. Our room was an homage to the Kennedy family - odd being in italy. Chose it for its location. Good breakfast in an adjoining cafe downstairs. Nice and accommodating staff. Nothing over the top, just fine, reasonably prices and prime location.

Room had everything you needed except a kettle and coffee machine. Bath was a good size. Digital light switches problematic. Breakfast noisy due to the chairs being scrapped along the floor. Limited bread choice. Coffee in the pots was cold. Should have had a coffee machine. Mirror needed above bedroom unit. Noisy corridors. No restaurant although menu on display. Expensive for what it offered.
