I highly recommend this hotel. It was an older building (as expected in Italy), but very well maintained, and the room was gorgeous. The bathroom was very modern, the space was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Outstanding hotel and a remarkable experience staying there. The room was large and beautifully decorated as the rest of the hotel. Service was impeccable and friendly. Food was great. Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!

Very nice hotel, situated next to the Duomo, so a perfect location for exploring Florence. The breakfast was good and you had access to a bar/snack area in the afternoon for coffee/tea, ice cream and biscuits etc (free of charge). The room was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay and everyone was helpful.
