"We had the most wonderful week in this beautiful, peaceful cottage - our second time here! It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of so many gorgeous sandy beaches, country parks, walks and the seals at Horsey. The cottage is wonderfully dog-friendly and had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing stay. A special mention for the incredible homemade gluten-free and vegan cheesecake from our lovely host — absolutely delicious! We would highly recommend this cottage and can’t wait to return."

"Slight hiccup with not getting check-in info but I think I’d muddled my emails. Nothing a call to VRBO didn’t sort.Property was lovely. Only feedback would be that it has likely has a water leak recently so the kitchen flooring was starting to come up and was a little pichy on the feet without slippers. The cabinets in the twin room are falling apart and the outdoor table and chairs were rusty and in need of replacement. BUT! Incredible location. Wrap around decking was super. Our 3rd stay here and this was probably our favourite chalet so far on site. One of the newer ones and slightly bigger. Washing machine was a plus, breakfast bar very helpful. Lots of home bits and pieces; washing line, clothes drier, ALEXA even. Beds were comfy, pillows were good. Loved the additional door at the back. WiFi super. Hairdryer in drawers, dog bowls to use. Sofas really comfy. Thank you! "

"The house is really lovely and perfect for a group. The beach is so close, easily accessed, quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed a fish and chip takeaway and a Chinese takeaway and the local shop is well stocked. Unfortunately the pub in the village has closed but the Poachers Pocket is a half hour walk along the beach and serves from breakfast through to the evening. Lovely pub in Walcottâ€¦.The Lighthouse. I think you could walk it given time but it was about 7/8 mins drive. Next time weâ€™ll try the walk. The whole area has plenty to do and is beautiful. We will definitely be back!"

"Lovely holiday chalet in a quiet location and a stones throw from the beautiful beach. The welcome packs are greatly appreciated, so you can have a cuppa and biscuit as soon as you arrive, and then wash up with the cleaning supplies provided! Ideally placed for visiting Wroxham and Norwich as well as the coast. The only minor negatives are the worn sofa that you sink into and the unmade road to get to the site. But these wouldnâ€™t put us off stopping again."
