「The mansion and grounds have lots of charm and character. The staff is nice as can be and very helpful. Our room (a junior suite) was quite spare and was on the second floor. The stairway is narrow and fairly steep with a low hand rail (that is all original and charming) but visitors who may have difficulty climbing stairs should ask if their room will be upstairs or downstairs. If you don’t mind sharing a room and bathrooms (there are plenty, that’s also a plus) with other guests, this place would be your first and best choice. The kitchen has almost everything you will need, pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. The dishwashing soap was the only mystery that remained. Otherwise pretty useful. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「評価が9.0と高く期待して行きましたが、3◯◯号という部屋番号なので3階だと思いましたが、エレベーターで2階まで行き、降りて脇道を奥に進むと非常階段の様な屋根のない階段を荷物を持って上がったところでした。廊下から部屋は丸見えで、歩く音さえ聞こえる有様。部屋のベットは注文通り大きかったのですが、テレビは映らない、エアコンは切れないしうるさい、ポットはないと踏んだり蹴ったりでした。次はありません。」
