Air port pick-up did not work, the staff did not check up if the flight was delayed (wich it was!) and left without us! After 45 min the driver came back and picked us up! Bad service! and promises more than is true

"We stayed in the two bedroom villa with our own pool. It was a wonderful 5 nights stay. The hotel was clean and nice although the pool area is a little worn out ans the safety vests were too dirty to wear, we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids. "
