늦은 저녁 도착이라면 공항 근처 쉬었다 가는 숙소로 괜찮아요.

처음에 공항 픽업 무료 서비스가 있는 걸 보고 예약했는데 막상 요청하니 유료였어요. 몇 차례나 메일을 주고 받고 고객센터에도 문의했는데 결론은 2일 이상 숙박일 때만 무료 픽업이었고 이후 홈페이지 안내문구도 바뀌었더라구요. 가기 전부터 조금 기분이 좋지는 않았어요. 공항에서 멀지 않아서 늦은 밤 도착이라서 잠시 들르는 개념으로 이용했어요. 영어 및 번역기 소통이 안돼서 조금 불편했지만 공항과의 거리와 가성비를 생각한다면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 직원들이 열심히 잔디밭에 물주고 정리하는 모습도 많이 보였어요. 잘 관리하고 있었어요. 숙소에서 쉬기보다 관광을 위주로 하고 숙소에서는 잠깐만 묵는다면 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다(수영장도 있어요.)

Bra hotell med förbättringspotential

Flickorna i lobbyn var underbara. Solstolarna vid poolerna var kass. Frukosten var nästan ok. Betyget dras ner ,5 pg av att det inte fanns någon restaurang. Städerskorna var oftast väldigt sena.

There is no one 8n the hotel that speaks English , there is a building going up behind the hotel , so they where burning the land , so all the smoke was at the hotel , and then they started construction at 7 am , there is never any sun at the pools due to the pools location, the breakfast you have to get there early we’ll before 9 or there is no food or dishes , the staff does not clear the dishes of the tables , so half the time you have to move dishes away , plus the breakfast was not very good , for North America, maybe for the Russians , not sure , overall very over rated , this is not a new hotel , and the rooms reflect that ,

最初に案内された部屋は、テレビもなく直ぐフロントに連絡。満室だとのことで他の部屋は無いとの事。じゃあ、予約した会社へ連絡すると伝えたら待ってくれと言われて30分くらい待たされた。やっと部屋を移れたが、PM11時頃のチェックインだったので疲れもピークに達した。部屋の清掃、従業員の態度や対応は3星以下。唯一の救いは、プールが２ツあったこととビーチまで徒歩５分だったことくらい。あと、空港までの送りが無料だった。

Helt okej boende, ligger centralt med nära till restauranger och minimarkets. Går att hyra moppe via hotellet så man lätt kan ta sig runt ön. Frukostbuffén var trångt under vissa timmar och urvalet av mat var ganska litet. Passar bra för den som inte kommer hänga så mycket på hotellet.

Good hotel

Overall, enjoyed my stay. I liked the location but crossing road to get to beach sometimes tricky because of traffic. The beach area by the mud bath spa was my favourite for lounging by beach and bar service. There are plenty of restaurants close by and taxis always out front if needed. The free pickup from the airport was great Room clean, great amenities (coffee, tea, 2 bottles, minibar) Downsides: 1) no “Do Not Disturb” signs so housekeeping didn’t know if you wanted room done or not and would inadvertently disturb you. I unfortunately was sick during half of my stay and DID NOT want to be disturbed. 2) the breakfast room was out of control. People were crazy, pushing and shoving. The set up of the breakfast room is an odd shape and too small for the amount of people in hotel. Was so crowded, you couldn’t see where to grab plate or cups. Plus the tables are poorly made, putting your legs under the table impossible if you anyone other than a child or a petite Asian person. The chairs are so ridiculously heavy hard to move them, but this same all over Vietnam. 3) leaving passports at the front desk. I checked out and forgot I didn’t have it with me and was almost an hour away when I realized this and had to pay above my 460,000 Dong another 300,000 to turn back and get it. I had called hotel and advised I was coming back, but was annoyed when I returned all 3 or 4 employees laughed about it. 4). Lobby played loud music night & day

Over all is good , good breakfast , nice staff , location is close to restaurants and night market , hotel has free transportation to drive us to airport ,there is a bikes rental in hotel with very cheap price , only thing is shower slow and weak , sometime has no hot water , also the cleaner lady did not fill up toilet paper

The staff at Praha were amazing from the start. From the airport to our checkout they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Near the hotel, there are numerous places to eat and it is also fairly close to the beach. We will definitely come again when we're back in Phu Quoc.

Excellent sejour à l hôtel Praha

Excellent séjour à l hôtel praha phu quoc, la chambre spacieuse très confortable service impeccable, chambre très propre. Nous sommes restés 10 jours très bon emplacement 2 belles piscines , non loin de la plage de long beach et des bars restaurants. Possibilité de louer des scooters. Je vous recommande cet hôtel il est parfait.

가성비 좋은 호텔임.실외 수영장이 크지는 않지만 2개나 있고,수영장에서 이벤트도 진행하면서 분위기를 띠우는 것도 좋았음. 특히 밤 10시에 공항으로 택시로 픽다운해 주어서 좋았음.
