"We spent an hour sending messages about the correct location of the hotel. Anyway, this is not hotel. It is a residence building on the hillside. Have to use stairway or escalators going up from Starbucks to the building. On hotles.com, they show their location is incorrect. Location would be the three big buildings when you see from Starbucks and cable car station. Room is similar with pictures from hotels.com. however, the lobby is on 3rd floor and no reception, just a security booth. The three building are named The Sky, The Sea and The Hill. If you book them, please comfirm the correct address, you will be lost at the area. "

"The resort is further from the main attractions and looks like it's not quite developed due to the construction happening out front. The rooms look tired. More care should be dedicated towards the maintenance of the walls, doors, and other spaces in the room. The taste of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff were mostly helpful and kind. The overall experience was okay, but do note this is a 20-minute ride away from Sunset Town."

"La Festa is the best place to stay in the South of Phu Quoc Island where we can enjoy the fireworks every night, we can walk down to the Vuifest night market, we can walk to The cable car station. It's 25 minutes to the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we did ask for early check in and got the room at 12:10pm instead of 3pm. We will definitely come back to La Festa."

Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc

"The facilities and the building itself are a little outdated/old, but the staff do a great job in trying to maintain it. They really go above and beyond to help out their guests, even to the last minute. We forgot to schedule the shuttle to the airport on our last day but they were able to accommodate us (I didn’t catch the female guest services employee but she was very nice and helpful)! One of the male employees (Anh) was also very helpful on our first day - he gave us great directions about how to get to the big King Kong market, how to take the bus, which phone app to use to schedule the bus ride, which stores had the best exchange rate, etc. The breakfast buffet was very tasty as well, changed menus daily. I would suggest going a little early (around 7), otherwise it’s a little hard to get a seat. We would definitely come back again for another vacation!"

"This is one of the best hotel in Khem beach in Phu Quoc island. Big hotel with huge swimming pool by Ocean front.. Free chair, towels, kayaks.. and restaurants in resorts. Very convenient and clean environment by the beach. Room is clean and nice view from room. A little bit small size.. Breakfast buffet included."

Luna Sol - Sunset & Firework Signature

"Website states walking distance to a beach. It is not a real beach at Sunset town, quite a distance to the Kiss of the Sea show. There are escalators but still need to walk 10-15 minutes. Kitchen appliances and amenities are different between rooms. It would be nice to have simple operating instructions on washing machine. Also basic TV channels and/or Netflix subscriptions would be greatly appreciated. Only 3 sunbeds by the pool on rooftop. It would be nice even if folding tables and chairs are avaliable. 20th floor has a smell from the humidity. No one actually at the reception desk, while towels can be replaced in between cleaning days, they only got delivered a couple hours after requesting. The hotel shuttle/vehicle is nice and comfortable. There is a dining room on ground floor but there is no garbage cans available. Based on website one thought there is an ATM or currency exchange on premise but it was actually at a store across the street. Overall the room is clean but have to check the utensils in kitchen cabinets they are not always cleaned by previous occupants."

Venice Hotel Phu Quoc

"Cute room and amazing breakfast, with many delicacies to choose from. Great location right on the beach, perfect to experience the fireworks show. The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay possible. Also check out their apartments, like Luna Sol up the hill, they are great and some of them have a breahttaking view that includes the bay, Kiss Bridge, and nightly fireworks shows."
