"Location was good, close to cable car and bus stop. The property is in desperate need for some TLC. rooms are very tired, worn down and neglected. Not to resemble a true Ryokan. Charging 3*hotel rates but supplying a poor hostel standard. I skipped the second night and got a beautiful room in town for half the price. Breakfast was ok. "

The Hotel will send a minibus at certain times of day to pick new visitors up from the railway station. "It had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean. The complimentary bottled water was so expensive looking.The communal dining area was nice and they provided everything you would need. With a mall just across the road was very convenient to get foodstuff and even friendly luggage forwarding services at the mall. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
