「Arrived on site and with the help of two people coming out was able to find the needed information on how to access the building and what unit we were suppose to be in.
The unit was on the 7th floor and found out that the elevators were down and not going to be fixed anytime soon. I am 84 and there was no way that I could carry all the suitcases up that many floors. 「Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. 」

「The unit was great and the location was perfect. The check in/check out process was easy. A only a couple of suggestions:
1. For stays longer than one night:
- supply coffee and and filters for a few days.
- supply extra toilet paper, although the host did reach out and ask if addition was needed a couple days into the the stay.
The only criticism would be that the listing indicates that parking is available on-site, except it is not, except for very expensive valet parking.
