Property is neat and clean. I stayed here with my family. It's located in heart of downtown but is quiet and safe. It's a hidden gem and great choice for a weekend gateaway. Beach is about 5 mins away by car. There's a park about 2 blocks away from the property. It can easily accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. We had to request for pull out sofa as we had more folks in our party. Also, hygine products kit like bodywash, shampoo has to be separately requested upon check-in. Alisha (care-take / property manager) is very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during out stay.

This unit was perfect for a group of us to attend graduation at the nearby college. The complex is a curious setup, with a kind of New Orleans type feel to the internal courtyard. Staff all responsive and helpful. Excellent value.

The area inside the building going to the room looks like an outside neighborhood with all kinds of plants, fountains the sounds of birds. Just beautiful. Very relaxing. Lots of common areas to sit. The unit was very clean. And all new appliances. I would stay again

Great apartment. Has everything you need. Right on Broadway. Great if you are going to the Black River Venue. It’s a 2 minute walk. The only complaint that I have is one of the bedrooms needs darkening curtains. It’s like daylight in the room at night. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. Huge perk was the washing machine. Was able to wash a load of clothes before we moved onto our next destination.

We had a slight issue in the beginning, but the host went above and beyond to get us sorted! The apartment was exactly as pictured and it waa such a cool area when you walk in to the atrium! Wpuld highly recommend!

The overall property was very nice. Security was good. The downtown area itself, you can see, ia in the midst of revitalization, but at no point, did I feel unsafe.There was a nice concert series happening at the lake front. All conveniences were very close by. As far as retail stores and restaurants.

Beautiful property. Nice size bedrooms. Loved the 1.5 bathrooms. The highlight, the awesome themes. Very creative! Each unit has it's own personality.And the customer service was excellent. I absolutely would return back.

Good effort.

Cute property. Good effort. Spotty execution. It would have been better with a new working thermostat to control the a/c and cool it down. A hair dryer was not provided. The mattress had plastic covers on them and no mattress pad. It was a hot, uncomfortable night.

Upon our arrival, we were able to enter easily. After entering the apartment we discovered the back door was unlocked. Very early in the morning we awoke to voices that sounded like they were in the hallway. We did not find anyone so went back to sleep. When we did get up we discovered the front door was half way open. I immediately called the host and he was apologetic. Shortly after our conversation his manager came to our door. He said he had opened it and there was confusion with the maids. We felt very uneasy, we were left vulnerable and did not feel comfortable continuing our stay. I talked with the owner again about getting our extra nights we’d booked reimbursed and he affirmed that he’d call VRBO and work it out. After a week or so I still had heard or received nothing. I called VRBO and after they reached out to the owner he denied our reimbursement. I called him directly and his PR lady answered who seemed helpful but she was unable to help get our reimbursement. Very disappointed!
