Great spot to stay restaurant and clubs are like 2 to 3 minutes walking

It was clean and the food was great

The entire resort was spotless! Even at the end of the day the public restrooms by the swim up bars were super clean! Food was good, staff was excellent. We loved Patricia by the kid pool area and Enrique by the Thai beds and palapas. We will be back!!

The resort location was perfect with a beautiful flat beach. The staff was amazing to all of the guests. I noticed everyone was hugging each other when they were saying they’re goodbyes! I did not have a bad meal in any of the restaurants. The daily yoga in the morning with Daniel was amazing. The young man who made the fresh smoothies in the buffet restaurant was the best! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect juice or smoothie each morning. The entertainment staff was great. My only negative was the pool area looked like some of the tiles were coming off, but there were people there fixing them every morning. This did not take away from the beautiful pools at the resort though.

We had a great week, the resort is spotless! Our rooms were beautifully clean. The staff here go out of their way! We appreciated all the great service we received but some callouts need to be made to Chantal on the beach, Abraham at the middle swim up bar and Antonio and Alejandro in Isla Contoy! They made our week and we were a group of 21!
