"l'appartement est bien situé dans la station à moins de 5 minutes à pieds des commercespetits bémols, pas d'appareil à raclette (dommage) et surtout l'appartement n'est pas prévu pour recevoir des skieurs et leur matériel (pas de local à skis dans l'immeuble et le règlement intérieur interdit de rentrer le matériel de ski dans l'appartement) sinon pour des randonneurs ou des curistes c'est un appartement confortable"

"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"Merci aux hôtes qui ont été très accueillants et réactifs quand ça a été nécessaire.Logement très spacieux et bien équipé.C'est une excellente idée d'avoir mis en place ce "quartier" de gîtes. "The Gran Carlina is well situated in town and had free parking which was a bonus. The exterior of the hotel is in a very bad condition and needs major renovation. We were seriously concerned what the inside would be like! The interior was better but dated and a little tired, the same with the bedroom but it was clean. Breakfast when the hotel is not busy was fine but one morning the restaurant was busy and the staff struggled to keep hot dishes replenished. We had to wait 20 minutes for...

"je suis handicapée. .....et oh surprise.... lorsque que je me suis trouvée devant la porte de l hôtel le vendredi 5 juillet .... «  HÔTEL FERME ». avec dehors 40 * après plusieurs démarches... pour trouver un autre hôtel nous avons apris qu il était fermé depuis 3semaines.... j avais fait ma réservation le 21 avril 2019 pour 2 nuits avec mon mari .... je suis en colère car on aurai pu nous prévenir .... et de plus nous avons payer 2 fois plus cher l autre hôtel...."
