「Great location!!! Mediocre apartment in terms of ease of using the space. It was fantastic to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was a washer which was super. Would have been great to have more hangers or have them lower so we could reach better. Functional but tiny kitchen. Good common space. Overall would stay again for the price and location. 」

「Step outside and you are in the middle of Madrid activity. The apartment is cute and very clean. Great shower and a very comfortable bed. Getting into the building was challenging and I would have given it 4 stars for that, but the woman at Charming Concepts stayed on the phone with us the entire time and we were able to get in with her help. Actually the response to all our questions was always prompt. Could use a few extra items like an additional garbage bag, kitchen towel or paper...

「Very comfortable and quiet. Downside is there is really no window with access to much sunlight/daylight; they are all heavily frosted so the apartment is a little dark. However, I would stay again.」

「Reception was very friendly, and manned 24/7. The room/apartment was clean and well-designed, and equipped with TV, safe, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. I was only staying overnight, but I was impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of New Point Ópera, and I would stay here again.」

"モダンなデザインのホテルで、とても良いサービスでした。バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストするのを忘れていましたが快く変更に対応してもらえました。ルームサービスが24時間あり、便利でした。朝食も良かったですが、少し遅くなるとまだ締め切りまでに2時間もあっても食べるものが補充されておらず残念に思いました。それから、部屋へ繋がるエレベーターはフロントの階で乗り換えるのですが、どの階にも誰でも行けてしまうのでセキュリティが少し心配でした。 22時過ぎに部屋のドアをノックされて驚きましたが、清掃係からタオルが余分に必要かと聞かれて驚きました、広い部屋に一人なのでもちろん不要です。そうした要望があればこちらから連絡するのでノックはやめて欲しいです。チェックアウト時の対応も丁寧で、全体としてとても良い印象です"
