The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with fresh fruits. The hotel is conveniently located. The subway is a 5 minute walk and the Royal Palace is only 2 stops away. A shopping centre is located on the first 4 floors of the building. There a huge variety of restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms, excellent location, good AC. It's located next to a mall, pharmacy, Starbucks so is easy to find items. Easy for taxis to locate. The area feels safe and the hotel felt safe as a single woman. The breakfast was okay but, unfortunately, lacked vegan or vegetarian options and very much needs improvement in this. As a vegan, the only option available was fruit. The staff were friendly enough but they do not help with bags. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it.

Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Jing and Check in was very helpful and even scheduled my taxi to arrive exactly the time I requested. Many shops are a few steps in the building. Night Street Market/ Street Food, restaurant etc are all walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
