Location was premium. Close to shopping and bus stops and rail. Rooms however are SMALL for 2 people IF you both have a full size suitcase.

Helpful and friendly staff. Surprisingly substantial and delicious breakfast. The building and room seem a bit dated; but everything was clean, and it was quiet. I picked this spot for the location to near tour buses.

Very good library café

The lady staff was very helpful and friendly. The male staff were not so, very serious looks at all time. I love their library cafe, a lot of books to read. Unfortunately, no English books. Lovely to relax at the café with free self-service drink.

The room was very, very small. The bathroom was even smaller. Because everything was in Japanese we weren’t able to figure out the air conditioning. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful when we checked out early due to illness.

This may be our go-to hotel when we visit Naha in the future, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are small but well laid out for business travel and budget vacations. It's location is perfect, so close to everything, easy to walk everywhere or get to the monorail. The hotel has many great amenities and offers a very nice free breakfast. We were very comfortable and happy to be in Naha, and hope to return. Thank you Comfort Hotel!

好きなこじんまりした部屋で　場所も良く何かと便利でした 3階だったので景色は望めず　換気をしたかったのですが大きな窓も少ししか開かずちょっとガッカリ。2泊だったので我慢。 　小型冷蔵庫の高さは床からで無くセフテーボックスの上で使い易かったのですがドアを開けたすぐの所にあり位置が悪かったです 沖縄は水が硬いと聞いているので　ペットボトル一本だけでもあると良かったです
