The Space:
Located in one of the most sought after areas on Waiheke Island, this superior north facing home has been styled with comfort in mind. Serenity has a stylish beach house feel with open plan living, sunny aspect and comfortable indoor/out door flow. Renowned Palm Beach, well recognised for it's calm waters and sandy beach, is a short stroll through the Nikau glade from this well appointed holiday home.
- Beautifully furnished, comfortable and stylish interior
- Gourmet kitchen with large indoor dining for 10
- Al fresco entertaining area extends from the home through bi-fold glass

- Indoor and outdoor fires for comfort year round
- Private pathway through the Nikau Glade to the white sands of Palm Beach

Bedroom configuration:
Bedroom 1: king bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3: super king bed (can be split to singles upon request)
Bedroom 4: super king bed (can be split to singles upon request)
Minimum stays:
7 nights between Christmas and mid January
3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends
2 nights all other times
Notes:
A $400 exit cleaning and linen hire fee applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay.
At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chefs, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. Please contact our team for assistance with your itinerary. We look forward to hearing from you.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
