There is a generous exterior deck at the rear of the property for that extra privacy, a balcony to enjoy the best sunsets the island has to offer and don’t forget about the tree house nestled amongst the trees.

Please note: A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee at $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to end January, 3 nights all holiday weekends and 2 nights at all other times.
