Summary:
Tucked above Oneroa yet moments from its beaches and cafés, Delamore Cove is a peaceful cluster of studios and suites designed for travelling together, close, but never crowded. Made up of four self-contained apartments within a private estate, it offers space, privacy, and connection in one of Waiheke’s most tranquil settings.
The Space:
Set high above Oneroa within the private Delamore Cove Estate, this collection of four self-contained apartments offers a rare balance of space, privacy, and shared experience. Surrounded by native bush with sea views stretching across the bay to Motuihe Island, the setting is calm, sunlit, and well suited to groups wanting to stay together while maintaining independence.
Each apartment has been individually designed, creating distinct spaces that work seamlessly as one when booked together. Three of the units, Kauri, Kōwhai, and Mānuka include well-equipped kitchenettes, making them ideal for simple meals or longer stays. The fourth, Kāraka Studio, includes tea and coffee facilities along with a microwave, toaster, and bar fridge, suited to light breakfasts or evening snacks.
All apartments feature comfortable queen beds, modern ensuites, and living areas that open to natural light and fresh air. Kōwhai Apartment also includes a second bedroom with a bunk bed with a queen below and a single above, making it a practical option for families or small groups. Every space includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, and flat-screen TVs, with thoughtful touches that make settling in easy.
Each apartment opens onto its own outdoor area, with a private balcony, porch, or BBQ space. Shared gardens and walkways connect the property and invite quiet moments or time together at the end of the day. The Kāraka Studio shares an entrance foyer with the main residence, while all other apartments have private entrances. On-site parking is available just steps from each unit.
Together, these four apartments form a generous and flexible retreat for groups of up to eleven guests travelling together, offering both privacy and shared time in one of Waiheke’s most peaceful locations.
