Charming Garden Studio attached to main house
Welcome to our cozy studio in St Heliers, Auckland with 1 bedroom featuring 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. The studio is quiet and if you like you can look at the stars through the skylights, or put the blinds across to sleep. The studio adjoins the main house but has a separate side entrance via the garden path. There is a kitchenette with a small oven, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils as well as a modern accessible bathroom. You are welcome to use the outdoor patio area with outdoor table and bbq. Up the street are two cafes and one roast shop. Ashby Cafe is known for its great pies. Walk 10 mins east and you can climb our local volcano to watch the sunset or get a sense of the local area. We are close to the popular eastern beaches. We are a 500m walk to the bus stop to go to Kohimarama beach (great for swimming in the summer) and Mission Bay (with park and cafes) and the city centre. St Heliers beach and shopping area offer many cafes and a village feel and are just a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk. We are also a 5 min drive to the train station or a 20 min walk with trains going either north into the city centre or south to Sylvia Park shopping mall. Gated off street parking, AC, heating, WiFi and iron are available for your convenience.
