Loved the hotel. Beautiful, clean room and friendly staff. The only problem was that GPS didn’t find it straight away. I had to ask for help at the street for directions.

What a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel! I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean. The location is also great, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were polite and helpful. I liked the location of the property

The room was a bit small IMO. Think cruiseship cabin. The closet was tiny. I ended up living out of my luggage and let my husband use the closet since it was close to his side of the bed. But they did have an in room safe big enough to hold my laptop and other valuables i didn't want to carry. The bathroom size was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice. And, hotel is located near lots of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, and the metro. Very convenient but tend to be noisier because it's in the city center.

Room was a good size, cleaned every day. The reception area was spacious with plenty of seating area and the staff were very friendly. Fresh mini pastel de natas and croissants every morning as well which were great
