「Hôtel très propre et personnel vraiment adorable. La nourriture est correcte. Par contre, les boissons sans alcool ne sont vraiment pas bonnes.」

「We stayed in the Luxe swim up room. This hotel, despite its 4 star rating is outstanding. The attention and service from all staff is unique, they most definitely go above and beyond. The rooms are breathtaking and mini fridge is stocked daily. The food is fresh and varied. We would highly recommend and indeed to visit again.」

「Die Anlage ist neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Für den Preis bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool ist toll, die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und angenehm. Auch der Padel-Platz hat uns sehr gefallen und der Spaziergang am Meer war wunderschön. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, nach 23:00 Uhr noch kleine Snacks wie Chips oder Glace/Eis anzubieten. Negativ war leider, dass beide Zimmer stark aus dem WC-...

「We really enjoyed our visit. My husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter for 9 days. Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. Water park was excellent. 10/10 from all three of us!」

「Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.」

「Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war mir einer großen Auswahl gut. Die Getränke waren etwas enttäuschend, da sogar Säfte aus Sirup und Wasser bestanden. Die Hotelanlage, die Aussicht und die Lage waren wunderschön. Das Hotelzimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Toilettensitz hat sich gelöst, das Schloss hat gehakt und das Badezimmer an sich war etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Der Fitnessraum war super alt mit teils kaputten Geräten. Die Pools waren toll!」

「Clean hotel, friendly staff and good quality food, the only complaints I'd have are my shower cubicle handle fell whilst showering, and the room safe and luggage storage are at an extra cost which I found a bit cheeky.」
