"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."

"Amazing grounds, located close to downtown Aspen, and very relaxing. Staff/maid service was top notch. Worth a look for anyone wanting to stay in Aspen without all the crowded areas. "

"It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. "
