"The staff is great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a really nice room because we were celebrating a big anniversary and it wasn’t that crowded.The location cannot be beat. Right outside the hotel is Vail Village. The hotel was not very crowded and that might be because of mountain fires and the lack of rain in the area. The pool was heated the first day, but not the next day probably because it wasn’t crowded. Also, the pool bar didn’t open during the week. It would have been nice to have had a drink there. We will definitely return!"
