"Really quiet given the proximity to Heathrow and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is not that regular but there is a bus over the road straight to Terminal 5."

"Such a lovely boutique hotel-- with a charming green garden in the back, Michelin- recognized restaurant on site, a great bar with innovative cocktails, and a nice well-ventilated gym with equipment in good condition. Rooms are lovely-- I had a garden view and the ambience was very tranquil. Good shower, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and quiet. Happen to stay during Mother's Day U.K. and received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and complimentary glass of prosecco in the evening-- which was just lovely. And really must recommend the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding-- absolutely delicious and not heavy in any way. Hotel is easy to get to-- just steps away from Earl Court tube stop. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon."
