「Great location close to the Thames, restaurants, and easy walk to the Hammersmith tube station. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer was a huge plus. Plenty of towels. Unit is a bit shabby- carpet has some holes/stains. 」

「The owner is very attentive, the shower and washing machine worked well. Please be aware, the apartment is a basement unit with mold and occasional sewage smell and had ants all over the kitchen. It's like a hallway. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. West Brompton is not a nice neighborhood either. It was very hot and we couldn't sleep with the windows open as it's easily accessible by anyone walking by. I would recommend staying at Sloan Square or near Kensington area. We...

「Eve is an absolute star. She let us drop our bags early so we could explore without having to keep up with them. She provided us with plenty of recommendations for pubs and restaurants. When the mother of the friend I was traveling with had a medical emergency and she needed to get back to the States, Eve picked her up at 6am and took her to the airport.
