"It was a funky place to stay, something different. Reception were very helpful. We inc breakfast which was in adjoining eatery and was excellent quality and service. Underground carpark very handy. Location was great, in walking distance of Royal Palace, museums, the Lanes, Pier etc."

"We enjoyed a restful 3-night stay at this hotel and found it to be perfectly suited for exploring Arundel. We stayed in a superior room which was really bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, obviously recently redecorated and newly carpeted. (Room 16) Although the hotel is on the main road, we were never troubled by road noise. Plenty of free parking space. We were served a good breakfast by the lovely friendly Louise for whom nothing was too much trouble."

"Great location opposite the upside down house, hotel had a very calm and casual feel to it. Receptionist and manager both very warm and helpful ppl. No bar or restaurant currently at venue, but you’re spoiled for places to eat meters from hotel. Room lovely with lovely comfortable bed and huge windows opening onto sea views. Bathroom was a bit tired but shower hot and powerful so just a minor. Overall a chilled stay, in comfortable surroundings which felt safe and homely. Def recommend and will stay again when in town. "
