"I was a solo traveler who stayed for 5 days. Felt totally safe the entire time. The location was great. There were restaurants and shops everywhere. The best part of my trip was the staff. My luggage was delayed and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Jose Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Priscilla was very friendly and made me smile throughout the trip. The pool was excellent and not crowded. DJ Kelly played great music and was nice. Shamir from the front desk was also helpful. I would definitely stay there again."
