Breakfast was decent. Choice was a bit limited but decent enough

As soon as we walked in, we loved it. It is stylish, and large - a really large lounge, with wonderful views over the river to the bridge. It also has a lovely conservatory! This is a real sun trap, facing the river. The terrace is mostly to the back, facing the city, for sunsets. The main room is large, comfortable king bed, lots of storage space. The second room is two single beds. Both rooms have superb black out blinds for total darkness. The kitchen is a great size, superb coffee machine (coffee is a token amount to buy), all you need, nice bar to eat from too. The whole place is stylishly decorated, with warm heating for the winter. Our premium apartmentfelt like a penthouse. The area is really practical to live in - in fact better than downtown for a family, as the mall is huge, open late, with great food options. There are also some superb food trucks at the station. The transport links are superb - train, metro, bus. The local area is really chilled, with the aquarium and science museum - both brilliant for families. The host is really helpful too. This was a perfect stay for a family who likes to go out to the city, but also have a local neighbourhood that is modern, safe, and full of family eating options. This apartment is not for you if you want to spend most of the holiday on a comfy sofa watching TV. It is also next to a major train station so if you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs - like I did. Wonderful apartment, you feel very special here.
