We present you with a fantastic three-storey bungalow, right in the centre of Playa de las Américas in the Verónicas area, a place where sun and fun are guaranteed, as it is located in one of the liveliest areas of Tenerife, situated just a few metres from large sandy beaches and with direct access to the vibrant seafront promenade, your holidays are transformed into an unforgettable experience.
IMPORTANT: (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR FOR PEOPLE SEEKING CALM AND SILENCE) due to the proximity of nightlife venues that remain open until the early hours of the morning)

Zunächst zu den guten Punkten der Unterkunft. Der Erstendruck war zunächst positiv. Die Unterkunft selbst wurde erst vor einiger Zeit renoviert. Die Einrichtung und der Stil ist modern und sieht gut aus. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war vollkommen in Ordnung. Alles was man benötigte war vorhanden. Der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Bars, Restaurants etc. sind ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Nun aber leider zu dem ABER: Die Renovierung wurde leider mit diversen Mängeln durchgeführt, einige davon sind sogar gefährlich. Die größten Mängel waren: 1. Die Treppe: die Stufen machten einen sehr unsicheren Eindruck, es zeigten sich bereits Risse in der Wand und einige Stufen wackelten bei Benutzung. Bei einigen Stufen fehlte eine Geländer-Sicherung, sodass gerade Kleinkinder hier herunterfallen könnten. 2. Diverse Abflüsse waren undicht (Dusche, Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon, Siphon an Waschbecken), sodass hier das ein oder andere Mal der Raum / Balkon unter Wasser stand. 3. Metallabchlussleisten der Fliesen: wurden verkehrt herum in der Unterkunft angebracht, dadurch zeigt die scharfe Kante nach oben, wodurch eine Verletzungsgefahr ausgeht. 4. Fehlender Wärmeschutz: in der Wohnung war es gerade nachts deutlich wärmer als draußen, was das Einschlafen erheblich erschwerte. Es muss ja keine Klimaanlage sein, aber Rollos vor den Fenstern würden den Zustand deutlich verbessern. 5. Umgebungslautstärke: Wie in der Anzeige bereits hingewiesen, befindet sich die Unterkunft direkt neben dem "Party-Zentrum" der Stadt, d.h. man bezieht bewusst eine Unterkunft in einer lauteren Umgebung. ABER es war wirklich sehr laut ( jeden Tag bis früh um 5:00)! Daher empfiehlt sich die Unterkunft wirklich nur für Personen, denen die Lautstärke nichts ausmacht. 6. Lage / Zustand der Unterkunft: das gesamte Objekt besteht aus vielen einzelnen Wohnungen. Das Objekt hat die besten Tage leider hinter sich. Es wird viel renoviert, jedoch sieht vieles nicht mehr ganz so schön aus. Auch der Pool sieht nicht mehr so gut aus und ist auch abgesperrt (auch darauf wurde in der Anzeige bereits hingewiesen). 7. Schlüssel: wir haben nur einen Schlüssel erhalten (benötigt man auch um herauszukommen), was gerade in einer Gruppe (Unterkunft ist für 7 Personen) nicht ganz so optimal ist. Wenn der Vermieter die wichtigsten Mängel beseitigt würden wir auch den einen oder anderen Stern mehr vergeben.
