We absolutely loved everything! It was our first night in Italy (although we have been to Italy many times) and we could not have found a better place. Certainlyoff the beaten path but well worth the trip. Wonderful room, excellent food and our host, Egi, was incredible. Anna Maria helped serve dinner and treated us like family. DO NOT miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Convenient

Reasonable price, clean room, great staff, but AC wasn’t great. Location was also great. I would recommend for sure, but not when it’s hot. Locals were very friendly.

The view is absolutely stunning! The room was just perfect for my stay. Also, the dinner and service was remarkable!! I highly recommend this hotel!!

We loved our stay. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were awesome. We can’t wait to go back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure our comfort was excellent and the view from their restaurant is panoramic. Highly recommend this small, well-run establishment.

This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. The facility feels so safe, and I love that the main doors to the grounds is even locked. Don't let my discussion on...

Hotel was beautifully appointed and very clean. Comfortable beds for a great sleep. Great water pressure in the shower! Lovely balcony to enjoy the cool evening. Very kind and helpful staff! Glad to have stayed here - grazie!

This is an amazing location right in the center of town with the picturesque view of the waterfall! The room was spacious, well kept and extremely comfortable. Also, the café below was open throughout the day and the people were very welcoming. Giancarlo, Amanda, Lorenzo and others were very helpful during my stay.♥️

Staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious with ample air conditiong. Balcony had excellent view of Prossedi!

Loved our stay. Newly remodeled rooms and outstanding spa on site. Highly recommended

Staff was personable and accommodating. Breakfast was simple, more than adequate and pleasantly served. Great espresso and cappucino, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastry items. The outdoor facilities...pool and bar offered great mountain views. The pizza was outstanding. Would absolutely return and highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very good considering the cost/benefit. Nice breakfast and installations.

The staff at Hotel Bassetto are very helpful and welcoming.

They were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

The location is convenient to the historic center and castle. The owners were welcoming and friendly, would stay here again.

Elena, from the front desk, has done an excellent job when we checked-in.

Amazing time in an amazing place with an amazing host. Absolutely gorgeous property that is over 1000 years old meticulously maintained and overwhelmingly charming. The views are breathtaking. Couldn’t be more impressed with the location and care the host takes to make your stay wonderful. Book this place for your next quiet get away, take a cooking class, unwind and be well. Thank you Carlos!

Great place, needs more bathroom counter space and towel bars.
