"Beautiful property in a rural Italian town. House was very nice. Comfortable and host was accommodating. We had private parking which was very nice. We did miss having a microwave, no potholders in the kitchen , no iron for pressing clothes, no trash cans in the bathroom. Other minor inconveniences I won’t list here. Too far from town to walk to restaurants but grocery stores were plentiful. It is fenced in so pets are fine but be aware the dogs across the street will bark! None but cats ran...

"Had an amazing time! The staff was so sweet and helpful they really made our stay special. the property is a little dated but everything was so clean. We had everything we needed withing walking distance and the pool was very nice and clean. Loved the bike rentals and the grocery store was just right behind the hotel. I felt very safe and we relaxed on the beach before flying home. We will be back!"

"A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly which was a shame, especially at breakfast. Overall though we had a great time at this lovely hotel."

"I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return."

We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port.
