Everything about our stay was above our expectations. Very clean amazing staff and exceptional dinners. Beautiful pool and loved the location being central to the places we wanted to visit. Can’t wait to go back and visit Egi and her staff.

We absolutely loved everything! It was our first night in Italy (although we have been to Italy many times) and we could not have found a better place. Certainlyoff the beaten path but well worth the trip. Wonderful room, excellent food and our host, Egi, was incredible. Anna Maria helped serve dinner and treated us like family. DO NOT miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Egi is such a sweetheart and this place was incredible. She offered a restaurant suggestion that was less touristy and more authentic than the one we had already chosen and made our stay feel like it was our home. Very quaint and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

B &B was beautiful. Lobby and dining areas very nice. Narrow road from main artery 1/2 mile long to B& B was very narrow and winding, and turn off from that road to hotel driveway was not well marked. Breakfast was somewhat modest, but good quality. Hostess and staff were very helpful.

Phenomenal- an excellent property with a veritable cachet of class. Superior dinner- the homemade pasta and biscotti are memorable. There is a reason the reviews are spectacular. If you, like me, have a late afternoon departure from Rome Fiumicino and want to be close enough to the international airport to drive back in a couple of hours but don't want to return to the city and fight as much traffic congestion, this country estate is a welcome alternative to coming back to the city the day before.

Fabulous. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was. Egi and her staff could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there as well. The Villa is a beautiful old Italian home built for Cardinal Morelli. Sitting in the living room it’s easy to imagine people coming to visit the Cardinal at his home at his home hundreds of years ago.

A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. The garden is well kept with lots of fruit trees, limes, pomegranate and flowers. Plenty of shade and sun. Breakfast in the garden was just lovely, a friendly cat came to visit every morning! The pool area and bar are fab, bar and pool staff very helpful. The house staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. It felt like home away from home, because the atmosphere was wonderful! Many thanks to Egi and her staff. Truly wonderful experience.

Loved our stay! Very pleasant staff, checked in late around midnight and they waited there just for us. (Though they mentioned they usually don't do late check in). Super cool premises, classical Italian countryside manor. Decor was very authentic Italian feel, music playing downstairs in the house. Felt like going back in time, and such a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of Napoli/Rome. Breakfast was fresh toast and homemade fruit preserves, cheese, couple options of fruit juice and coffee. Fresh fruit from trees on the property. Delicious!!! Pool on site is very nice too. The owner of the property is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway! Love the mountain views and peace and quiet. I hope to return soon!

I loved my stay at this amazing manor house near Frosinone. It has some amazing history. For me the most amazing part of my stay were Egi and Marta, who own and run the hotel. They were so very friendly and charming. Also the other guests were also friendly. The joy of travelling are the people you meet. So I loved my stay. The food was delicious local and expertly cooked.

We did not stay as the rating and photos were totally misleading. The road to get there is badly maintained; the place has NO resemblance to the photos. Dowdy, inconvenient, depressing. I think the comments and consequent rating must be fake. We went to a very modest hotel—actually a sort of truck stop hotel—and were happy we did!

Wir kommen auf alle uFälle wieder: Super freundlich. Tolles Essen. Hübscher Garten und ruhige Umgebung. Unweit von der Autobahn. Lediglich die Duschmöglichkeit in einer Mini-Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang - aus früheren Zeiten - kann für den ein oder anderen unpraktisch sein. Für uns, bei einer Nacht, war das kein Problem.

Une magnifique rencontre, un plaisir de partager avec les dames de cette splendide demeure, une cuisine succulente, une chambre plus que magnifique un petit déjeuner délicieux. Un petit coin de paradis, attention pas beaucoup de chambres mais c’est tout ce qui le rend fabuleux n’hésitez pas si vous passez en Italie de poser vos valises pour une nuit ou plus . Vous serez charmer à coup sûr. Nous reviendrons très prochainement pour visiter votre coin .
