"Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Wegen der Klospülumg mussten wir mehrfach den Verwalter/Vermieter anschreiben, der schon zeitnah reagierte aber das Problem, trotz Handwerker, bis zuletzt nicht beheben konnte. Das Bidet war...

"Appartamento piccolo ma nel pieno centro di Frosinone, comodo per due persone ma fruibile anche da 3/4. Da dire che la strada di accesso è pedonale quindi se si ha necessità di avere la macchina a portata non è consigliabile. La proprietà gentilissima e disponibilissima. ottimo per un soggiorno breve "

"L'appartamento di Lucia è fantastico! Arredato con molto gusto, che rispecchia anche il mio. E' presente ogni comodità ed è posizionato in un vicolo tipico nel centro storico di Frosinone, vicino a negozi, bar, belvedere e facilmente raggiungibile. Grazie Lucia, soggiorno perfetto!"

"Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually. Would not recommend out of season "

"Lovely hotel with a great spa. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was small in the European style, but certainly comfortable enough, with adequate air conditioning. There's a large parking lot situated adjacent to the hotel that can fill up on weekends. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff and a wide selection of continental breakfast fare, There was also a small selection of hot foods available. The grounds are well kept and while not expansive are peaceful. The spa was a highlight of this stay and was very enjoyable. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but old town is a bit further away, "

"I booked this hotel on 8/10/25 at around 11:30 pm. Hotel was closed when I arrived at 11:58 pm. The hotel has no parking and is next to a bar and not much else. I tried calling from bar next door and ringing doorbell multiple times, but no answer. That in itself was scary because there was just a bunch of men there drinking. They sent me a welcome message at 1:11 am 8/11/25. I didn’t have wifi or cell service as I was visiting from a different country. The bar next door had no wifi and no one spoke English. This place is in the middle of nowhere so I had to go find a wifi and another hotel in the middle of the night. It was a nightmare. I reached out to them by email because they charged my card anyway and they have not replied. I spoke to Expedia, who apparently can’t help me get a refund because no one speaks English at the hotel. "
