"This villa was all that it said and more. The owner left some food items for us until we could get to a grocery store. She was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. The housecleaner was there every few days to clean and change towels and take trash. It is a beautiful, unique and very comfortable place. We loved it, and would stay there again if we ever get back to Crete. "

"Wow! This place is heaven! The views and the peace and quiet. The pool is fabulous and the grounds and apartments are spotless.They are fully equipped with everything you need and are really comfortable. The shower is great and the air conditioning is perfect. Although you dont need it through the day as it is lovely and cool in the apartment. Celine who takes care of the place is such a kind and caring lady. She is very discreet yet will do all she can to help if needed shes fab! I was welcomed with water, juice and Raki :) The beach is just at the bottom of the hill and goes for miles with beach bars galore and the food is great. There is a supermarket 2 mins in the car up the road. You will need a car to travel here. The people that I spoke to come back year after year. Everyone needs to come here! Its perfect! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lambros in August 2025.Firstly the weather was superb!Sure the villa is a bit out in the sticks, but its an easy enough drive of 20mins to Rethymno. There is a Lidl on the way in for shopping, also a mini market 400m up the road from the villa which is also well stocked and reasonably priced.The villa is wonderful, spacious and clean, gardens and pool area beautiful, BBQ and outside eating areas are fantastic alsoThe concierge service was exceptional, communication was great. We had a medical problem whilst there and they helped us sort it out in the middle of the night, can't speak highly enough of them.The area of Rethymno is lovely especially the old town and the beach areas, lots of things to do outside of the villa, especially recommend Rethymno, Episkopi and Lake Kournas.Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone."
