「My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.」

「Perfectly situated in the small town of Georgioupoli. Plenty of places to eat (highly recommend Poseidon!) & drink all within walking distance. Right on the beach, with private & free loungers for hotel guests and food/drink service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival (shout out to Kaan). Would definitely stay here again and I don't say that about anywhere! Genuinely the photos don't do the hotel justice. Only thing that let the hotel/area down was the amount of litter...

「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. 「We had an excellent stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. We received room upgrade which made it an extra nice stay. The AC works well, the bed if comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from the balcony was lovely! We would stay here again! It is on top of a hill, and not an insignificant one so keep that in mind when booking. They also have a free parking lot!」
