After a long drive I needed to check in quickly, freshen up and go out again which I did with time to get to NGA.
When I returned I ordered room service which was delivered in good time. The blackout curtains are superb for a good night’s sleep, as was the comfy bed.
The only tiny shortcoming was the iron. I had a linen top that was very wrinkly. After ironing it was slightly wrinkly, but wearable so not the end of the world.

Check in and out was seamless. Staff were lovely, especially Bella who answered all my questions so patiently. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We especially appreciated how quiet it was in our room, as we really needed a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. I would definitely stay again. Thank you
