We were kindly upgraded (bc Gold Hotels.com member?) to a sea view room, which was lovely. Despite the rain getting in and soaking the carpet by the French windows (just an upkeep issue). "It was our first time in Bordeaux and the hotel was located in the best area, very close to the stations, shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, the rooms interior were the best part and the overall experience is very luxurious. We would definitely go there again! "
