Peaceful Retreat in Aptos

The location is peaceful quiet and relaxing. You can hear the ocean waves from the house! The house was clean and comfortable and truly a retreat.

Great Stay Overlooking Ocean!

Really great property! Hot tub and deck overlooking the ocean- pretty spectacular. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach too! Nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms.

My favorite beach house

This house will always be my preferred choice when renting in Aptos/Capitola. It’s well worth the price. House is super clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Can’t ask for a better place to stay.

2 Day Beach Get Away Wirh My Family

We had a great little beach Get Away here the house was stocked with what we needed. Enjoyed the views, the kitchen, the bbq, fireplace and loved the quick walk to the beach. Will come back. Also love the Sea cliff beach!

Breathtaking Location

This beautiful home is located in a neighborhood within walking distance to Seacliff State Beach. The views from the home are gorgeous. The home itself is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

Beautiful Retreat!

We had a wonderful family vacation. A beautiful location with a lot of space to visit and play games. The property has anything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the extra bedding and pillows which allowed us to keep the windows open and listen to the ocean. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The management company was informative and communicative. We didn't have a need to contact them during our stay, but they provided contact information, and we are confident they would have been of assistance if needed.

We had 7 women staying for an annual gathering. This house provided the ideal environment for us! It had excellent gathering spaces, comfortable beds, enough bathroom space :-) interesting architecture and ocean sounds to put us to sleep.

The house was lovely in every way. Lots of interesting lighting in surprising places, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay---inside and outside the property. Very well maintained, including a functioning kitchen with the necessary tools and equipment.

Awesome area. Walk to restaurants. Walk to the beach. Hang out in the hot tub. Enjoy the view. This place was great and we even brought our dog. Loved it.

Great house and location

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. The location of the property was close enough to some eateries for an easy walk. This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at in our 20 years of renting homes for the summer. The property management agency contacted use before the stay to ensure emails were received. It was overall an excellent experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Breathtaking views.

Fabulous property, loved waking up to a panorama view and listening to the waves break on the beach below the bluff. Be aware stairs need to be your friend because all bedrooms are up. The yard hedges could use a trim to really enjoy that fabulous view from both floors.

Oceanfront oasis

Such an amazing home with one of the most amazingly private views of the bay. Sit in the hot tub and watch seals play in the surf. Bedrooms spacious and a fully stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Enough gathering space for evening games. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend with a view you’ll never tire of.

Amazing Property

We had 5 people at this property. I would have been great for up to 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything you need except salt and pepper. I understand the no spices thing but no salt and pepper. We did manage to live through the Covid issue and no salt and pepper. Place is great and would love to visit again.

4 Day GetAway

This was very expensive with the resort fee charging me the cost of two additional nights yet we had to do cleaning and emptying trash and all beds were very uncomfortable to all guests. Not coming again. Price does not match experience especially since the ocean views were not million dollar and only upstairs not downstairs anywhere. PS I enjoyed the trash pandas but my dog was freaked out every night as they appeared looking for food.

Lovely home; only issues were with rental company

This property is beautiful. The photos are accurate. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was with the rental company. We made two specific requests before arrival: to have 2 queen beds made into a king (offered on the website), and to be sure the DVD player was hooked up and working on our arrival. I called the day before arrival to re-confirm both requests. But neither was honored. This led to frustration and disappointment when we tried to view a special DVD for the birthday guest on the night of our arrival. Regarding the beds: When I checked in I was told we'd find king linens and could remake the beds ourselves. Given what we paid for this lodging -- REALLY? I expected more from this rental company. But I emphasis again: the house itself is beautiful.

Architecture of home inside was stunning as were the views

Beautiful home with beautiful views of Monterey Bay. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach using the Beachgate path. Sheets on the bed in the primary bedroom did not fit the bed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
