A unique tri-level unit with modern comfort and coastal charm. The primary suite has a king bed, and both mattresses were recently upgraded. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on separate floors maximize privacy. A versatile loft can be used for work, relaxation, or play. The condo also includes garage parking and in-unit laundry. Just a one-minute drive to Seascape Resort and walking distance to restaurants.

Splendid. Simply splendid. This house met our expectations and then some. The layout offers privacy when needed, and lots of common space for those slow morning coffees. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could want. There are wonderful outside spaces, too. It's an easy walk to the small shopping center where you'll find groceries, sandwiches, and a Chinese restaurant. If ever we're in the Santa Cruz area, we'll book it again.

Wonderful accommodations!

We loved the location, condo, and quick assistance from the owner. We got to take a beautiful walk every morning right in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!!!

Great location and easy access to freeway. Close to the beach. Condo is clean. Pictures did not show but I was happily surprised there was a Keurig machine. Enough essentials for day at the beach.

Great communication with host. Our flight got in at 11:30 and we were able to get a 1 pm check in. The condo itself is amazing. There is plenty of room, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Can't recommend it enough.
