「Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!」

「The view was truly outstanding- the room really comfortable and food delicious. The No coffee or marmalade at breakfast and no water in basin bath or loo in the morning which I’m sure they were trying to fix. 」

「Our hosts were very friendly and offered advise regarding Storm Amy's approach, where we could see the stags locally (which we did!) and regarding returning via Bealach na Ba which we did in dense cloud on the way in. We took the coast road back as the weather was worsening and the view non existent! Our room was very comfortable and cosy with underfloor heating in the bathroom.
